Miloš Miličev is a maritime industry executive with over 30 years’ experience in shipping, port operations, and logistics management. Born in Ljubljana in 1972, he attended the Faculty of Maritime Studies and Transport in Portorož, Slovenia, and began his career in the maritime sector in 1994.
He joined the Sealand agency in Koper in 1995 as Operations Manager and continued in this leadership role after the company’s transition to Maersk Sealand in 1999, later serving as Branch Manager. During this time, he played an active role in developing and implementing operational and IT systems, working closely with international teams and contributing to projects in Copenhagen and Prague.
In 2003, he established the MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company office in Koper and has since served as its Managing Director. Under his leadership, the office has strengthened its market position and operational performance, supporting the continued growth of MSC’s presence in the region.
