REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION

You can register for the Logistics Congress through the online form on the website https://logisticscongress.eu

Participation cancellations shall be sent in written form to the e-mail address info@logisticnikongres.si

Participation cancellation deadlines regardless of the payment received:

  • You can cancel your participation free of charge up to February 20, 2025 inclusive,
  • If you cancel your participation up to March 6, 2025 inclusive, you will be charged 30% of the registration fee,
  • If you cancel  your participation after March 6, 2025, you will be charged 100 % of the registration fee,
  • If we do not receive your written cancellation or should you fail to attend the conference, you will be charged the full registration fee.

Registration fee may be transferred to another person, and the name may be changed up to March 20, 2025. The written notice of a change shall be sent to the e-mail address info@logisticnikongres.si.

Following your application, you will be sent a pro forma invoice with the stated amount and payment deadline to your e-mail address.

PROGRAMME AND ORGANIZATION

Organizer of the Logistics Congress is Slovenian Logistics Association /SLA/, Proevent d.o.o. is a Technical Contractor.  Presentations will be delivered in Slovene and English. Simultaneous interpretation into English language will be provided if needed.

Organizer reserves the right to amend the programme, replace the initial speakers with others, or to cancel the event at any time without prior notice. In the case of the event cancellation, the applicants that have already paid the registration fee will be emailed thereof, upon which their paid-in fees will be refunded in full.

By registering for the event, the participants agree that the organizer may use all photographs and audio and video content that may show the participants. Organizer reserves the right to use these materials for promotional purposes, for publication in the media and online, for research and / or educational purposes. Participants waive any copyright or other right that relates to their mention or likeness. Participants are aware that the organizer assumes no responsibility for any damage that may result from the publication of the materials in which the visitors are mentioned or shown.

Participants agree that the organizer may contact them to give them information about the event.

Participants shall attend the event on their own responsibility. Organizer shall neither be held responsible for any lost or damaged items nor for any injuries incurred at the event.

After completing her Master’s degree in Physics, she worked at Fotona d.d. in the field of global marketing of medical lasers and development of their applications, while also completing a Master’s degree in Management and Organisation at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. After that, she managed the International Cooperation Department at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, which organised numerous activities and consultancies to support Slovenian companies in reaching new markets. Since 2006, she has been working at RIKO d.o.o., one of the leading Slovenian engineering companies. She manages the Intralogistics Systems Dpartment, which develops and implements specialised solutions in the field of automated warehouses and internal logistics.

Gregor Glušič has been a prominent figure in the logistics industry since 2005, dedicating 16 years to Maersk and serving as the Managing Director of the company in Slovenia from 2015 to 2021. Over the past two years, he has assumed the role of CEO at Enna Logic/Transport, the first and largest private railway operator in Croatia. Notably, Enna Logic is a co-investor, partnering with APMT, in the development of a new container terminal in Rijeka, slated to open next year. Melita Rozman Dacar, M.A., is Director of Slovenian Railways – Freight Transport with 30 years of experience in rail logistics. Since 2013, she has successfully managed Slovenian Railways – Tovorni promet, one of the leading regional railway operators. She also serves as Chair of the Transport Management Committee of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as a member of the Management Committee of the Managers’ Section of the Managers’ Association. She regularly participates in various high-level business events in the region. She enjoys passing on her knowledge of all aspects of logistics, especially to promising young people. She is particularly focused on mentoring young female managers, especially in the field of logistics. In 2014, the Managers’ Association awarded her the Artemida Prize, which recognises leading female managers and honours their role in creating added value in the company they manage.

Dr. Luka Bradeško is the CEO and the founder of Solvesall d.o.o., and a researcher at Institute »Jožef Stefan«, Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, managing projects on mobility and logistics.He obtained his PhD at Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School, Ljubljana Slovenia with the topic of Knowledge Acquisition through Natural Language Conversation and Crowdsourcing. From 2008 to 2013 he worked as a principal software engineer for Cycorp Europe, which was at the time an EU branch of the American AI company Cyc Inc. From 2017 to 2019 he worked as a senior research engineer at Bloomberg L.P. in New York. In 2019 he returned to Slovenia, to lead the company Solvesall, which is building products and helping other companies apply AI to the fields of mobility, logistics, and leisure (caravanning).

Cristina Martín Lorenzo, CEO and Co-founder of Usyncro, a SaaS solution that synchronizes all the actors involved in a national or international shipment in a simple and transparent way using blockchain and artificial intelligence. In 2023, Usyncro received the internationally prestigious recognition for the best “Tradetech Platform” awarded by TFG (Trade Finance Global) and BAFT (Bankers Association for Finance and Trade); also, she was highlighted by the Community of Madrid for her international contribution of the region overseas and finalist for the European Logistics Associations Awards.

She is also CEO of ATML, an organization of agents and freight forwarders in Madrid that she founded 18 years ago. Cristina Martín is a Chemical Engineer by training, MBA Executive and is certified as an Air Freight and Transport Operator.

She is co-leader of the Industry and Logistics Forum of the Spanish Association of Executives and Board Members EJE&CON and coordinator of the Digitalization and New Technologies group of FETEIA, the Spanish Federation of Freight Forwarders; as well as coordinator of MadcargoLab, an initiative of the Association of Air Cargo professionals.
