Jani Novljan is a university graduate economist with many years of experience in the field of industry, sustainable development and the introduction of technological solutions.

In 2008, he founded the company Ekoluks, where they develop solutions in the field of lighting. Among other things, they developed smart road lighting and expanded their activities to industrial lighting. In 2017, he took over the management of the family company Kemplast, which operates in the field of chemistry and plastics.

In recent years, he has focused on the development, production and introduction of smart LED industrial lighting, based on the BLE Mesh (Bluetooth Low Energy Mesh) network, which enables efficient connection and management of devices in industrial environments.

In his work, he combines practical experience, technical understanding and a business perspective on the development of solutions.
