Damjan Zupančič is a graduate mechanical engineer with 27 years of experience in automotive industry logistics. He advocates the standardisation and digitalisation of logistics processes, data exchange, and labelling. At the BTC Logistics Centre, he is Director of the Logistics Development Unit, where he focuses on the gradual standardisation of logistics segments – particularly FMCG logistics – and on the effective digitalisation and automation of processes.
