Organized by Slovenian Logistics Association (SLA) and powered by European Logistics Association (ELA), this symposium is a premier event designed to connect logistics academia and logistics industry.

The symposium is intended for academics, researchers, industry professionals, and students with an interest in logistics. It seeks to promote collaboration between research and practice by providing a forum for the exchange of scholarly insights, research findings, and practical experiences, thereby offering significant opportunities for academic engagement and learning.

Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be double blind reviewed by the SLA/ELA Scientific Committees International board of reviewers based on:
  • Originality and academic contribution
  • Relevance to the conference theme
  • Methodological rigor
  • Practical applicability and impact potential
Researchers whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to prepare an extended contribution following their congress presentation for possible inclusion in the new ELA scientific journal. These submissions will subsequently undergo an additional review by the journal’s board of reviewers.

Od leta 2007 je zaposlen kot na najbolj dislocirani fakulteti Univerze v Ljubljani, na Fakulteti za pomorstvo in promet, kjer je leta 2012 zagovarjal doktorsko delo z naslovom Optimizacija postopkov upravljanja cestnih predorov. Trenutno je docent na UL FPP. Pri svojem raziskovalnem delu se ukvarja z analizami tveganja, simulacijami prometa, porabe energije v prometu, prezračevanja in požarov v cestnih predorih itd … Sodeloval je pri izdelavi številnih študij in recenzijah analiz tveganja.
