Erich Cossutta was born in Trieste in 1975 and comes from a family that has been involved in transport, shipping and logistics in the Balkans and the Middle East for several generations.

He is the President of Dragon Maritime Group. Dragon Maritime represents Cosco Shipping in the Western Balkans. Cosco Shipping is the third largest shipping company in the world and connects the markets of Central and Eastern Europe intermodally with the world via its hub in Piraeus. The Dragon Maritime Group is part of Aegida Holding, of which he is president and co-owner. Konstantinos Haniotis holds an MSc in Economics from London School of Economics. He started his career in 1985 as an Investment Banker.

In 2000 his passion for creativeness and effectiveness drove him to create Telenavis. The scope was to take advantage of the emerging technologies by that time (Internet, Digital Mas, GPS, GPRS) and use them to change the everyday operations and transportation.

23 years later Telenavis remains strong, technological leader in its market and Konstantinos Hanioris remains CEO, and at the same time President of HILME (Hellenic Institute of Logistics and Management) Vice President of ITS Hellas, Vice President of the European Logistics Association, and contributor as an expert to several Greek and International bodies, as the Greek Ministry of Transportation, the Greek Ministry of Research, to the EU project under EASME-COSME “Big Data and B2B platforms: the next big opportunity for Europe”, to the Steering Committee for the development of ICT-innovative projects between Greece – Egypt and Cyprus and to the European Innovation Partnership on Smart Cities and Communities and Ambassador of the UAM Initiative in Greece.

She started her career as a young researcher at the Jožef Stefan Institute, where she studied the pumping properties of solid-state laser sources. After completing her Master’s degree in Physics, she worked at Fotona d.d. in the field of global marketing of medical lasers and development of their applications, while also completing a Master’s degree in Management and Organisation at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. After that, she managed the International Cooperation Department at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, which organised numerous activities and consultancies to support Slovenian companies in reaching new markets. Since 2006, she has been working at RIKO d.o.o., one of the leading Slovenian engineering companies. She manages the Intralogistics Systems Dpartment, which develops and implements specialised solutions in the field of automated warehouses and internal logistics.

Mitja joined Hella Saturnus Slovenia in 2009. At the beginning of his career, he managed the warehouse for internal components (wip) and led a team of internal transport workers. After the reorganisation of the logistics department, he was given the opportunity to work as an internal logistics assistant. His main tasks were to optimise the internal logistics processes with a focus on material flow and storage space. He was also responsible for automation in logistics.

Due to his extensive experience, he was appointed logistics project manager for the construction of a new logistics centre and an automated high-bay warehouse. The main tasks in this project were planning, coordination, supervision of testing and final takeover.

Mitja joined Hella Saturnus Slovenia in 2009. At the beginning of his career, he managed the warehouse for internal components (wip) and led a team of internal transport workers. After the reorganisation of the logistics department, he was given the opportunity to work as an internal logistics assistant. His main tasks were to optimise the internal logistics processes with a focus on material flow and storage space. He was also responsible for automation in logistics.

Christoph Ehrhardt has been working at Dachser for 17 years.

He trained as a forwarding agent at one of our branches in Hof and completed a bachelor’s degree in logistics management (B. Sc.).

After many years at the Hof branch, where he was responsible for employee training, projects and process optimization, he joined our head office in Kempten in 2018 in Corporate Research & Development, where he is responsible for the Trends and Technology Research department as Department Head.

Gregor Glušič, MBA 🇭🇷

Gregor Glušič has been a prominent figure in the logistics industry since 2005, dedicating 16 years to Maersk and serving as the Managing Director of the company in Slovenia from 2015 to 2021. Over the past two years, he has assumed the role of CEO at Enna Logic/Transport, the first and largest private railway operator in Croatia. Notably, Enna Logic is a co-investor, partnering with APMT, in the development of a new container terminal in Rijeka, slated to open next year. Throughout his career, Glušič has gained diverse experience in different countries and cultures, with a special passion for trade, which he considers the area closest to his heart.

Nenad has accumulated extensive experience in transport and logistics management, spanning nearly three decades of dedicated service within the Milšped Group. Throughout various top management roles, he has overseen the group’s global presence and successfully expanded business areas, including automotive, intermodal, air, sea, and rail transport. Notably, he played a key role in advancing the integrated logistics solutions for e-commerce offered by M ONE, a Milšped Group company. Over the course of his career, Nenad has taken on responsibilities such as global distribution, Deputy CEO, and member of the Management Board, significantly elevating the company’s operations across all facets of logistics.

Melita Rozman Dacar 🇸🇮

Melita Rozman Dacar, M.A., is Director of Slovenian Railways – Freight Transport with 30 years of experience in rail logistics. Since 2013, she has successfully managed Slovenian Railways – Tovorni promet, one of the leading regional railway operators. She also serves as Chair of the Transport Management Committee of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and as a member of the Management Committee of the Managers’ Section of the Managers’ Association. She regularly participates in various high-level business events in the region. She enjoys passing on her knowledge of all aspects of logistics, especially to promising young people. She is particularly focused on mentoring young female managers, especially in the field of logistics. In 2014, the Managers’ Association awarded her the Artemida Prize, which recognises leading female managers and honours their role in creating added value in the company they manage.

Nikola Balaban is a graduated electrical engineer and co-founder of Dispo Market, a start-up company, that focuses on optimising the space available in trucks. He is also a mentor and speaker at various technology events where he shares his knowledge and enthusiasm for new technologies.

He is an AI expert and co-founder of Pareto AI, a company specializing in the development of AI solutions. He has been working in the field of AI for 15 years. He started his career as a researcher at the Jožef Štefan Institute, where he also earned his PhD, and has been focusing on implementing AI to improve the efficiency of business processes and user experience for 10 years. In the field of logistics, he has led the development of a series of ‘routing’ algorithms to improve the efficiency of supply chains.

Luka Bradeško 🇸🇮

Dr. Luka Bradeško is the CEO and the founder of Solvesall d.o.o., and a researcher at Institute »Jožef Stefan«, Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, managing projects on mobility and logistics.He obtained his PhD at Jožef Stefan International Postgraduate School, Ljubljana Slovenia with the topic of Knowledge Acquisition through Natural Language Conversation and Crowdsourcing. From 2008 to 2013 he worked as a principal software engineer for Cycorp Europe, which was at the time an EU branch of the American AI company Cyc Inc. From 2017 to 2019 he worked as a senior research engineer at Bloomberg L.P. in New York. In 2019 he returned to Slovenia, to lead the company Solvesall, which is building products and helping other companies apply AI to the fields of mobility, logistics, and leisure (caravanning).

Cristina Martin Lorenzo 🇪🇸

Cristina Martín Lorenzo, CEO and Co-founder of Usyncro, a SaaS solution that synchronizes all the actors involved in a national or international shipment in a simple and transparent way using blockchain and artificial intelligence. In 2023, Usyncro received the internationally prestigious recognition for the best “Tradetech Platform” awarded by TFG (Trade Finance Global) and BAFT (Bankers Association for Finance and Trade); also, she was highlighted by the Community of Madrid for her international contribution of the region overseas and finalist for the European Logistics Associations Awards.

She is also CEO of ATML, an organization of agents and freight forwarders in Madrid that she founded 18 years ago. Cristina Martín is a Chemical Engineer by training, MBA Executive and is certified as an Air Freight and Transport Operator.

She is co-leader of the Industry and Logistics Forum of the Spanish Association of Executives and Board Members EJE&CON and coordinator of the Digitalization and New Technologies group of FETEIA, the Spanish Federation of Freight Forwarders; as well as coordinator of MadcargoLab, an initiative of the Association of Air Cargo professionals. Member of the board of Alastria, a consortium formed by more than 70 companies to develop the Blockchain Ecosystem in Spain and she is also the coordinator of the Logistics and Transportation working group of Blockchain Cluster of the Comunidad de Madrid. She is the co-leader of the ALACAT Technology Commission dedicated to promoting digitalization for international trade between Latin America and Europe.
